Shipping Practices:

We ship Monday through Friday and most in-stock orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock and can result in extended delivery time. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays.


International Orders all ship via USPS. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country.

Lost Packages:

In the event your package gets lost in transit, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 10 days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend USPS First Class, with Tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for store credit only for up to 10 days after items are received/delivered.


Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Kindly include your packing list with completed return form. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Please allow 4-7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@mlrose.co for a prepaid return label. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your items upon arrival as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please email Customer Service for any repairs and send back in a secure package, with tracking. Repairs may be subject to a repair fee.

Cancellations:

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it.
